Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious, organized and results-driven digital marketing professional who will collaborate on a number of integrated digital marketing projects within the Marketing team. This person will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the management team to support and execute unique campaigns including, but not limited to, direct marketing and database marketing. The ideal candidate has experience in Marketing, has a great entrepreneurial spirit and is an expert in multi-tasking. You are energetic, flexible, and a team player with a solid understanding of digital marketing landscape, concepts and trends. Health care/retail experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a plan that increases traffic and engagement against designated targets on social and digital platforms
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies and opportunities to grow in the digital space
  • Generate, streamline, optimize, schedule and manage website
  • Manage SEO/SEM and optimize searchable content.
  • Manage website uploads, traffic and site changes
  • Build target audiences and execute digital ads for Google, Facebook and other online applicable platforms
  • Newsletter deployment, list optimization and database growth strategies
  • Use and understand website and social analytics to measure results and develop and recommend future strategy
  • Report on return on investment for all online initiatives
  • Responsible for managing the digital experience across the website, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Email Automation campaign development and deployment
  • Launching & managing all campaigns outlined in digital marketing strategy

Monthly Reporting

  • Conducting A/B testing and reporting
  • SEM campaign management, planning, and measurement
  • Daily monitoring and adjustments of keywords, bids, and budgets
  • New ad copy testing
  • Landing Page Development
  • Reporting on KPIs
  • Creating landing pages for new social campaigns
  • A/B testing

Website management

  • Updating website information, images, maps, SEO-related work
  • Posting SEO friendly blogs to blog section
  • Postings to event and career sections of website
  • Updating information and updating website referral outcomes
  • Managing new website projects timelines and requirements
  • Website reporting
  • Digital Campaigns
  • Research and recommendations on new digital marketing campaign opportunities to increase brand awareness and individual clinic conversions
  • Campaign project strategy development and project management leveraging digital tactics in place (web, email, social, etc)

Social Media Management

  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections,
  • increases following, and drives engagement on social media
  • Creating and managing a social media content calendar
  • Content Strategy
  • Develop a content strategy for both the website blog and social channels
  • Manage the content calendar

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • University or college certificate in digital marketing
  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Experience developing SEO/SEM campaigns that drive awareness and generate high quality leads
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and AdWords
  • Certified in Google Analytics, AdWords
  • HubSpot Inbound Certification an asset
  • Highly proficient in using analytics tools to assess the performance of paid campaigns
  • Excellent project management, verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Email Automation experience
  • PHP coding an asset
  • Proven ability to create strategy and lead social/digital initiatives that produce results
  • Experience with Email Automation or other database management tools
  • Proactive problem solving and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, effectively solve problems and handle multiple projects simultaneously
